Hyatt's existing navigation systems were disjointed, reflecting the company’s internal structure rather than user needs. This led to a poor user experience, with inconsistent navigation across platforms and devices, making it difficult for users to find information and engage with Hyatt's offerings.
The existing navigation systems for Hyatt.com and World of Hyatt.com were disjointed, leading to a poor user experience. The lack of cohesion across different platforms and devices reflected the company's organizational structure rather than the users' needs and expectations.
We aimed to redesign the navigation to provide a consistent and intuitive experience, improving how users find information and interact with Hyatt's offerings. Key goals included enhancing navigation usability, ensuring cross-platform consistency, and boosting user engagement and bookings.
The project required a comprehensive approach to unify the navigation experience, improve content comprehension, and drive increased loyalty and revenue through an optimized user journey.
